1. Store your bars of soap on a soap dish that allows your bar to dry between uses. If your bar sits in water it will break down much more quickly and get mushy. A bamboo or wooden soap dish/holder with slats is a great option.

2. Loofah Soaps can be used on their own due to the exfoliating nature of the bar. Just be sure to place it on a soap dish to dry between uses.

Since our butters are completely natural with no stabilizers, chemicals, or even waxes, the condition of your order may be affected by heat during shipping (mostly a problem in the summer).

If the butters do heat up, the texture will change. The butters are still wonderfully moisturizing for your skin, but when heated they will lose their “whipped” texture and become denser and therefore take up less space. Put them in the refrigerator for about thirty minutes.The Shea will be harder than it was originally, but none of its wonderful properties will be affected.

We pack and ship the products using methods to reduce the chances of the product melting during shipping but we cannot be responsible when a product does melt or issue refunds.

Note that our products should not be kept in vehicles or other locations that get very hot.

All face masks come sanitized and heat/steam treated.

Machine wash and iron on medium heat for restructuring. best if washed in a garment bag.

To sanitize mask without wash, put mask in dryer on high heat for 10 minutes.
